We encourage all clients to customise their personal training to suit their schedule and personal fitness needs. All of our personal trainers offer a variety of durations and combinations, so you can choose from 30, 45 and 60 minute sessions, train 1 on 1 with your trainer, with a friend or partner, or even try a group personal training session where available.
Our trainers understand the need to be flexible as we are all busy ourselves, and if the situation arises we will do our best to reschedule the session and work with you to find a more suitable time.
